Haiku Triptych: Cloud Body
Week 7
Contours in Nature: I often wonder if the construct of God and everything fiction got its shape from nature.
As a keen observer it is astonishing to watch the trees shed old leaves to grow new, seeds spitting into flowers and fruit or the sky showing up in new avatar everyday.
The first photo I clicked was on an ordinary afternoon when I went house hunting during monsoon years back. The way the sun was disguised by the cloud, gave it a shape of Shiva-netra (eyes of Shiva) depicting divine intervention—as if the eyes of god watching us from heaven.
The second photo belongs to a day in August last year as I was on my way to attend the cremation of a loved relative. It was strange how the death was depicted in the sky!
The third photo was taken on a summer afternoon some years back when the sun behind the cloud wore a mask of mystery.
These sightings translated into some one-of-a-kind photographic escapade to stretch my imagination and what better when paired with haiku
